Patriots Act policy and an unattended childrens

filled out by the staff if there is a problem. She is also working
on a new evaluation form for the staff.

fixed it but this was not covered under our maintenance contract.
Amount was approximately $200.
Old Business

and Mark has begun the input which should be finished by the date
of the next trustees meeting. Trustees should begin to think of
what types of information we want to know form the survey.
- The Community Calendar- Jeff has been unable to reach Robin
Boyd about getting this set up. MJ to email Robin
- Craft Class- Lisa Gillis will begin a 4 week crocheting class
tonight with 9 residents signed up.
- Calligraphy Class- MF will contact Yolanda Walsh after the
March trustees meeting

contact them after the March trustees meeting
- Scrapbooking class- Joy Buzzell has offered to teach this
class later in the spring. MF to follow up with her.
- Oak Point- MJ discussed her meeting with Diane Savoie and the
following was decided. The trustees would like to replace the
condensing unit and compressor as soon as feasible. To accomplish
this, $6750 could be utilized from the A&E warrant article for
design and construction management services from Oak Point. The
$10,000 in the current CIP account could be utilized as could the
$13,000 plus interest in the compressor account. We will appear
before the Town Council on February 12 and ask that $20,000 be
placed in a warrant article to establish a HVAC Development fund.
We can utilize a portion of that $20,000 to complete the
condensing unit and compressor replacement project.
New Business
AV to write an article for the Banner asking for volunteers to
teach craft classes.
The next monthly board meeting will be March 6 at 9 AM.
