  • Scrapbooking class- Joy Buzzell and Bethany Chase are teaching a beginner’s class on April 15. Both are willing to do a students class in May if there is sufficient interest.
  • Tammy Hooker will conduct a stamping class on May 13.
  • Gates computer issues - Tables for the Gates computers have arrived. Chairs will be purchased in the near future. Gimas Electric has submitted a bid for electrical wiring for the computers. Trustees accepted the bid, and monies should be paid from "Gift" account.
  • Transfer Station personnel have mandated that we purchase a new dumpster. Funds to come from Maintenance and Repair line in budget.
  • Rear Parking Lot- FH to contact Dale Hemeon about options for safety barriers in parking area.
  • The Hooksett Kiwanis Club has donated $500 to be used for the Summer Reading Program and for the Children’s’ Christmas Program. Funds to be deposited and expended in Special Account. BJ’s will also help fund some children’s programs.
  • Storage Room- Trustees toured the storage area and agreed that some furniture should be donated or discarded and the room should be reorganized to maximize storage functions.
  • Alternative Suspension Program- Bethany has been having sporadic problems with supplies disappearing from her room. Trustees authorized purchase of a small locking cabinet and a lock for her desk. Prominent signage should indicate that room contents are not to be touched.

  • Meeting room calendar- Staff would like meeting room calendar computerized for ease of use.

New Business
