HVAC: MF reported that the Library received 3 bids that were opened on Tuesday January 27, 2005. Town Council will be contacted for their input on project. John Karpinski will be asked to supply any additional charges that will need to be included in the bottom line. MF will check references and bonding of bidders.
The Trustees have 90 days to select the winning bid.
