HVAC: JK and TG presented to the Trustees and Library staff the proposed game plan for the installation of the new HVAC system. TG will prepare 3 copies of schedules and engineering specifications and submit to JK no later than March 31st. Once JK approves the plan the roof top unit can be ordered from Carrier. The unit will take 8-10 weeks to arrive. All prep work will be finished before unit is delivered so installation can be completed with as little disruption to library activities as possible. A 24 to 48 hour notice will be given if an area needs to be closed off. The roof will be cut open when the Library is closed on a Thursday. Majority of the work should be completed by mid- May. Safety for the public and staff is number one concern.
