Program Proposal
Thank you for your interest in presenting a program at the Hooksett Library. Library programming serves as an extension of the mission and vision of the Library in enhancing the quality of life in Hooksett for all residents through open access to ideas and information, encouraging exploration and learning and supporting cultural enrichment through collaboration with educational, cultural, business, and social service organizations.
Program proposals submitted by the public that align with the Library's collections, services, and goals are carefully evaluated by staff based on their relevance to the community's needs and interests, feasibility within the Library's space limitations, and compatibility with the Library's overall program schedule. All proposed programs must adhere to the Hooksett Library Programming Policy.
Program proposals are welcomed throughout the year and must include all of the required information. Please note that the program schedule is planned between four and six months in advance.
To submit a program proposal for consideration at the Hooksett Library, please fill out the following form. We will review your proposal and contact you if it aligns with our program selection criteria.
If you have any questions, or would like to simply suggest a program, please contact our Adult Services Librarian at hplbooks@hooksettlibrary.org.
